  • Refunds are generally offered within 30 days of purchase.

Situations Where Refunds Will Be Granted:

Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the product as intended, we will be happy to issue a refund.

Product Misrepresentation: If the product description was inaccurate and did not reflect the product's functionality, we will offer a full refund.

Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted:

Change of Mind: If you simply decide you don't want the product anymore, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund after 30 days of purchase.

Subscription Cancellations: For subscription-based products, refunds will only be granted for the remaining unused portion of your subscription if cancelled before the renewal date.

Technical Issues Caused By User Error: If technical issues arise due to user error or incompatibility with your device, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days.  If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
